I have been running the ebookit system for Letts Bounce now for a couple of months and can’t believe the simplicity of the system.  It was very easy to set up and the simple customization of the system to our business was great, we had lots of support and training on the site which was very straightforward and easy to follow.

We especially like the way we can access and change virtually anything within the site with the slightest ease.

We have had several bookings through the system now and customers have expressed how easy they found it to use and they liked the way they got a confirmation of their booking via email which they say made the booking feel more secure.  They like the way they can just enter the hire date and it shows everything available for that date and they can view pictures and zoom in to view the castle closer up.
 
We are looking forward to entering the new season with the site as we believe it will cut down a lot of our paperwork and also telephone calls and will ultimately increase our business.  One our favourite things about the site is the Live Chat where you can chat to customers online and offer advice and answer any questions this is very unique and an incredibly useful tool you don’t find on other online bookings sites.
